Frequently Asked Questions About Commercial Cleaning Services

Residential cleaning:  

  • We accept cash or checks as a primary method
  •  Debit/credit cards may be used, but there is a 3% processing fee 

Commercial cleaning:

  •  An invoice will be emailed, and payment will be taken there.
  •  we also accept checks 



Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Periodic.


  • Monthly (every 28 days) are available Monday – Wednesday. Weekly and every other week, visitations are open Monday – Friday, depending upon schedule openings. This is because monthly visits take longer to perform; we want to protect each of our customer slots by never overbooking during our highest volume days of Thursday and Friday. We also reserve the right to charge the frequency of service fee appropriate for the time frame between visits to back you back on schedule since it always takes longer to clean a property the longer it is in-between visits.


You can trust Janisol cleaning solutions with all of your cleaning needs. If you are not satisfied, please call our office at (470) 238-9595 or email our field operations manager at Janisolcleaning@gmail.com within 24 hours.


This is a non-refundable service. We do not provide any refunds. If there are any items you need to have the crew redo, please do so at the cleaning inspection. If you are unhappy with the service, we can always bring back the crew to re-clean any items within 24 hours. We will do our best to assist you. 

* if there is any report after 24 hrs, we can only fix service-related items until the next service.*


Commercial Cleaning:  We ask that each office provides its trash bags, garbage cans, and cleaning chemicals of choice for our field works to use


Residential Cleaning: We can always use our supplies and equipment. We do have clients who use specific supplies that they provide. A full list of the supplies that we use is available upon request 


We request a 48 Hour's Notice of Cancellation to maintain smooth day-to-day operations with our crews and clients.

* Any cancelation request made before the 48-hour mark will result in a $50 cancelation fee* 


Due to safety issues and policies, we are unable to move furniture. This helps protect our cleaners and your furniture and valuables from being damaged.
